FAQs

  1. Data, Design, and Photos should be on the same directory.
  2. If the data and photos are in separate directory the excel should have the relative path updated.
  3. Save to PDF file requires Print to PDF software for Windows.
  4. Send email option is available for clients who might require their sub clients to send the print file only to them.
  5. Printing makers can be customized as per requirement, for any customization, additional charges will be applicable.
  6. Date of Birth should be in text format on Excel file.
  7. The software requires internet in order to fetch the subscription license and to receive feature update, which can not be stopped.
  8. Any software bugs notified will not cause liability to Arin Infotech or its associates, but Arin Infotech shall fix those bugs from time to time and release it as an upgrade.
